Barino, LLC Agreement and Release from Liability

Barino, LLC ​is a full service restaurant offering classes to the community.

Barino, LLC activities include, but are not limited to:
-Safe Food Handling
-Cooking Techniques
-Use of Different Tools
-Knife Skills
-Baking Confidence
-Exploring Spices
-Reading Recipes
-Building Ingredient Lists
-Constructing a Balanced Meal
-Experiencing Cuisine from Different Countries

The undersigned participant (“Participant”) has voluntarily requested to use the cooking facility (the “Facility”) of Barino, LLC, located at 1018 S. Garden, Columbia, Tennessee 38401, and to participate in activities or programs sponsored by the Barino, LLC (the “Activities”). In consideration for the Barino, LLC agreeing to allow the Participant to use the Facility and to participate in the Activities, the Participant agrees to this Release of Liability (the “Release”).

The Participant acknowledges that using the Facility and participating in the Activities may involve certain risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury or property damage. The Participant agrees to assume any and all risks involved in using the Facility or participating in the Activities. The Participant releases and discharges the Barino, LLC and its owners, agents, representatives, partners, as well as all other persons who own, lease, operate or manage the Facility (collectively, the “Released Parties,”) from and against any and all damages, actions, claims, and liabilities, whether known or unknown, anticipated or not anticipated, relating to or arising from the use of the Facility or participation in the Activities. The Participant further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any loss, damage, liability, and expense relating to or arising out of the use of the Facility or participation in the Activities.

If the Participant is a minor, the undersigned represents that he/she is the parent or legal guardian of the Participant, and hereby consents to the Participant using the Facility and participating in the Activities. The undersigned agrees, personally and on behalf of the Participant, to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Release. The undersigned further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any loss, damage, liability, and expense relating to or arising out of the use of the Facility or participation in the Activities. ​Our kitchen is not a nut-free environment, if you have any food-related allergies please contact us prior to signing up for a class.
